Croysdale Training is delighted to have added a top flight new client to its books by providing training for an East Yorkshire aerospace engineering recruitment company.
Beverley-based Bostonair is a specialist provider of technical personnel to the aerospace industries and, thanks to its professional service and dynamic team, is a market leader in aerospace recruitment.
Alasdair Patrick, Bostonair Human Resources Manager, said: “We chose Croysdale Training to cover our Microsoft Office training needs owing to the small personal tutor groups and flexible nature of the courses they provide.
“We were extremely pleased with the training our staff received, and were greatly impressed with the excellent course notes and willingness to help solve problems specific to our business. I would definitely recommend Croysdale Training and we will be using them again.”
And there has been more positive feedback from another prestigious client, Hull Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT), which is ‘very satisfied’ with the quality of service provided. The PCT has been using Croysdale Training for over a year to train its staff in ‘Word for Minute Taking’.
Ellie Thompson, the PCT’s Learning and Development Support Officer, said: “Our staff feedback indicates that they have found it very useful and that the content has been very relevant to their roles. Booking the training is very simple and done usually over email which is responded to and arranged very quickly.
“Croysdale provide outlines of the content of their courses so this can be sent to the staff who are booked on the training prior to their course so they know exactly what to expect. Staff who have undertaken courses have informed us that they found the trainer very approachable and friendly.”
And finally, at the request of clients, Croysdale Training has added a new course to its portfolio. Topics on the new Access 2003 Level 3 course, which starts on Wednesday 1 October 2008, will include action queries, use of Builder for calculations, searching between dates, using a switchboard and creating an entry form.
Croysdale Director Dawn Mitchell said: “We are delighted to have so much good news to report. We very much enjoyed our first training sessions with Bostonair and look forward to working with them in the future, and we are delighted that the Hull Teaching PCT is pleased with the training we provide.
“We always take on board whatever our clients tell us which is why we are so pleased to now be able to offer Access 2003 Level 3 which we know will be beneficial to so many of them.”
